Upgrade OI4WG 3.2 - 3.5 (OpenInsight Specific)

We have the 3.2 version of the OI4WG and now we want to upgrade our system.
If we do the Application Migration with the Backup/Restore option, everything works just fine. The thing is that doing so, we loose the ?Multi -User Access? that we already had, and of course we are not willing to buy some new Collaborative Development Packs. In other versions of the OI4WG you used to have the option of upgrading the system or performing a full installation.
I tried to use our old OENGINE.EXE file that contains the value for the currently authorized number of concurrent users, but then some things in the new version juust don?t work.
If anybody knows how to upgrade from the 3.2 to the 3.5 version without loosing the ?Multi - User Access? and the Deployment disks we would be very thankful.

If you are a subscriber to the WORKS program, you can login to our For WORKS Subscribers area of the website and download the upgrades for 3.5 and 3.6. Starting at ver 3.2, you would have to upgrade incrementally from 3.2 to 3.3, to 3.4, etc, so you may need to contact Customer Service to get these previous upgrade versions.

What is the exact text of the label on the CD? The necessary upgrades are available to Works customers and may be on your CD.
