Arev 3.12 doesn't recognize network on XP/Novell (AREV Specific)

They added an XP Pro workstation with (I think) the newest Novell client. I couldn't get at the client config because the tech who set it up gave us only user-level access. Anyway, running ARev from the normal .pif results in the "network not detected" message and a null @STATION. (Yes, I am definitely running off the mapped network drive). I have configured XP workstations on similar networks in the past without a problem. Anyone have any clues?
