I'm trying to use GetFileAttributesExA to supply properties of files, specifically file Create Date. It just returns a '0' which shows the function failed.
Can anyone tell me how to correctly prototype this function and use it?
Thanks.

Because OI is such a fantastic product and our systems are so stable that we didn't find it necessary to renew the membership. But if you cut and paste the answer I'm looking for, and it works, then I'll reconsider…

Not at all. Works is a premium program, and its members pay for support and get support. It wouldn't be fair to them to give away support for free, and it wouldn't make sense as a software company to give it away for free.
If you are an independant developer, do you give away support for free?

Mike, I've been developing in OI since 2.5 - the first piece of OI that actually worked. Before that there were many years of Arev. Since then I have commissioned heaps of OI systems, selling on your licences in OI, Arev, Network products etc. You've had your pound of flesh from that.
I am not an independent developer any more, I develop software for my own business. I've been a Works member up until about a year ago when it lapsed and I made a decision not to renew as there was not much benefit at the time. My OI 7.1.1 system is stable and I don't see much new coming down the line in interim releases that will help me. Perhaps that will change when your next major release becomes available.
I agree in general terms with your response, but I still think your community takes the concept far too seriously.

Yup. Even Revelation have even availed themselves of it.
