Two things to try
1. Please ensure that you have Write Behind caching disabled on the workstation. In Win98 and SE this is done from My Computer (Performance Options) and in Win2K and XP it is done from the drive properties (in Explorer).
2. Creating a REVPARAM file and adding the following line to it.
Set CacheFlushLocks=False
Place this in every subdirectory that contains LH files
