FS477 REVMEDIA error (AREV Specific)

Greetings. We've just moved our system from Novell NetWare 5 to NetWare 6. I had AREV (v 3.12) working fine for a couple of days. Suddenly no one is able to get in, receiving FS477 errors that say "REVPARAM file specifies server only access mode. Unable to open boot media map." Any ideas about what might have transpired? I've checked rights, frame type but have found nothing out of place. Thanks, –Tim

Tim,
Could you please post what your resolution/issue was?
This makes the online discussion that much more useful to other individuals that might be having the same issue.

Okay, but don't laugh. After a VERY long day installing/configuring the new server, I realized (about five minutes after posting here) that I'd restarted the new server w/out loading the rev NLMs. D'uh. –Tim

Tim,
That's okay. We've all had "no-brainers" like that before. I recently had an issue, well documented here to my chagrin, where we were trying to enable ARev access on a WAN link.
I would have sworn up and down that everything was configured correctly, and it was on the server and the client. The hiccup was that one of the routers in play did not have the correct encapsulation/frame type on it. Changed that config, and voila, everything started working.
