We upgraded from AREV 2.12 to 3.12. In paint I tried to use Alt-H to create a new page in the window. Has this feature gone the way of the world?

Yep, GFE (Gone ForEver).

Select the prompt, press F2, define/undefine page. GFE is the page marker symbol too.

To clear or set multiple page definitions shift left mouse click on the prompt label only then press F2.
