Setup -

Account we are in - NCA

Account the Data table is in - SYSPROG

we have the data table attached within the NCA account and can see the columns via the database manager…it also shows that Btree is installed on the column "NAME"

but when we do a BTREE.EXTRACT routine, it returns no results - if we sign into the SYSPROG account and run the test program - it works

any suggestions?

NO, we can't see/edit the BANG file in NCA.

Well that explains why btree.extract fails… next up is to see WHY you can't see it. Can you knock together a quick script to attach_table it explicitly and see what error codes you get back?
