For those who were at the last conference one of the free tools I showed was Ftp_Manager (and its daughter FTP_Files) which is a wrapper around the ftp routines delivered by RTI.

There is a new release which not only allows FTPing from one system to another at OS level but also allows FTPing from/to OI tables
