I have taken a 4.12 runtime account and loaded the 4.13a upgrade. Upon logging into the application I get a message "Unable to open SysreposLanguage file". I click OK and then the application opens. But when I try to execute any of my data entry forms the application pauses and then oinsight.exe closes. When this happens, OIPI32.exe is left running.
I started over and tried upgrading another 4.12 account, but the same thing happened. Any ideas regarding the cause of the error message.

If you do a list_volume on the revboot volume, is the file there? If so, attach it and save the database definition.
