FS231 Error Message (AREV Specific)

Every process you try to execute gives the same message with a different tablename and process.
Logging off the system and relogging in immediately does not work as it is unable to read the table to confirm user name and password.
But waiting a minute after logging off and then trying to log back in works fine.
Can anyone help or soes anyone know what the FS231 error message means!?
