We have just upgraded to oi 3.7.2 and it appears that if a user logs in with a password (run time version) then reporter will not start, if the password is removed then all is ok.

Is this a problem, is there a fix for it, or am i just doing something stupid ????

How are they trying to launch a report? from the application? Upon loading OpenInsight? How are they logging into OpenInsight? What sort of error?
