Single Indexed Field Error (OpenInsight Specific)

One indexed field on a table continues to corrupt. The corruption does not show up as a GFE, the only way you know it is corrupt (other than the popups or programs don't work)is by running a SELECT statement from the System Editor, this returns the error "FS100 Record 'FIELDNAME' does not exist". The applications are all being run from a Novell server, they are all running OpenInsight 3.7, 3 of them have the NLM1.5, the 4th has no network product. Does anyone have any ideas why this would be happening?
