Have you ever come across the error message SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\VirtualDeviceDrivers. VDD. Virtual Device Driver format in the registry is invalid when starting an openInsight app? The message, its cause, and the remedy, are described in the Microsoft Knowledgebase Article . I have a client who reported having this problem. We followed the Article's procedure for fixing the problem. It didn't quite help. The app now starts without the message but soon run into other problems.

I can supply more details after the weekend, but for now I'd just like to hear from others who've met the abovementioned problem.
