When running a 100 megabit ethernet on the server and a 100 megabit nic card on a work station AREV locks up on the blue screen when AREV initiates. The workstation is locked up and must be rebooted.

When the servers speed is reduced to 10 megabits the workstation can log on without any problems.

Any idea what would cause the problem.
