Running OI on Windows NT - Again (OpenInsight Specific)

We created a run time install of our OI 3.4 application using InstallShield5.
We then gave a copy of this to a client who installed it on an NT4.x workstation. The application was installed with no problems but when the client tried to run our application they got a message saying that "this application is not supported by windows NT".
We have run the application from a windows NT4.x machine here at our office and have it successfully running at other sites with NT.
I checked the DLLs on the client's machine and they matched the ones that we installed. Following is a list of these DLLs and where they were found on the client's machine.
WINNT\SYSTEM COMMDLG.DLL 86K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM COMPOBJ.DLL 30K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM MFC250.DLL 314K 26 APR 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM OLE2.DLL 38K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM OLE2CONV.DLL 55K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM OLE2DISP.DLL 165K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM OLE2NLS.DLL 149K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM OLE2PROX.DLL 50K 13 JAN 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM OLECLI.DLL 81K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM OLESVR.DLL 23K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM32 SCP.DLL 12K 15 AUG 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM32 SSUTIL.OCX 23K 09 JAN 1997
WINNT\SYSTEM32 STDOLE.TLB 5K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM STORAGE.DLL 4K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM32 TYPELIB.DLL 173K 11 JUL 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM VAEN21.OLB 34K 15 AUG 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM32 VB40016.DLL 913K 15 AUG 1995
WINNT\SYSTEM32 VSVIEW3.OCX 242K 30 OCT 1997
If I have missed any DLLs or any one might know what else might cause this problem I would REALLY like to know.
Thanks,
Michael

Michael,
Have the customer run our client install which is located here. We install up to 26 dll's and vbx's while you only have 18 in your install.

I have just checked out Microsoft's website regarding my problem and found the artcile "Q155263" in the online support.
They suggest that this problem occurs when 16-bit programs are stamped as Windows "4.0" programs.
"Windows on Windows (WOW) in Windows NT 4.0 does not support 16-bit version 4.0 programs."
Any comments/suggestiions about this would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Michael
