I cannot seem to print my "Advanced Revelation 3.1" in the Company Information screen. When I hit the print screen, it says that and we can choose to edit that word "PSCREEN" into another word. The problem is I have no idea what word it is that I should enter. Or if I can program it to print on a recognized word.

Thanks,

Cynthia

Are you hitting Print Screen the keyboard key or choosing an option? Sounds like the latter? If so, has this just stopped working suddenly? If so suspect a GFE in the VOC.

Andrew McAuley, you are correct. I am choosing it as an option. Please tell me step by step how to print this thing. I have no idea what you mean by "GFE in the VOC".

Thanks,

OK

If a command suddenly stops working when it has been fine up to now something has changed. Now unless someone has mucked around with your system at the developer level (unlikely?), then the most likely explanation is that the commands file has become corrupt.

All of the commands are stored in a file call VOC.

Can you get TCL access? (Press F5 and see if you get a box)

If so we can LHVERIFY (or equivalent) Voc.

Have you tried the keystroke combination of Shift + Print Screen ? Usually works. If you don't get instant printing, just logoff and then back on.

Andrew,

We're getting closser. We can get the window to open with F5 but anything you type in there results in the unrecognizable word error.

Can you tell me specifically what the print command should be.

Well, progress of a sort. I can't tell you what the print command would be.You see, AREV is like a common brick. We all know the brick well but when someone says "My house is built with bricks. Can someone tell me where the front door is?" - we all get confused.

OK so you can get to TCL but you can't type any commands? Can you Alt-P from within your data entry window?

If you type LIST VOC (then press return) at TCL what happens?
