The process should have actually completed normally, however, just do the 3.1 to 3.12 upgrade again and the error will go away. Short story is that MSG or STATUP managed to clear itself from the cache and when it reloaded it used and opcode not available in the older EXE. This only ends up happening when it displays the all good message.
