Problem loading on NT (OpenInsight Specific)

When a client ran our demo program on NT workstation 4.0, OI ver 3.61 the following message came up:
Heading: "This application is not supported by Microsoft NT"
Message: "Can't run 16 bit Windows program."
We run it using the following command line in Windows 95 without a hiccup:
"C:\appsub\OINSIGHT.EXE /AP=AXIA /UN=AXIA"
where AXIA is the name of our application.
Unfortunately I have no familiarity with NT, and throw myself at your mercy!
TIA for any responses.
Glen.

Glen,
That error is due to a missing .DLL file, which is probably something that is installed by the client setup that is included on the Works CD. Try running the Setup.Exe in the \Client directory on the Works CD on the NT machine in question. If that doesn't work, you might want to look into the directory setup on your machine; I spoke with someone once who did not use the default WinNT install directory and the Client install program wound up putting the .DLL files into the wrong directory.

I'm from Down Under - which means I'm a bit disadvantaged when it comes to receiving Work CDs - the last one I have is the 3.3 upgrade - will this be current enough for these issues.
TIA
James.

Hi Glen,
As a member of the OI Works program, you do have access to the private section of our website "For Works Subscribers". On this site, we have posted all of the upgrades to the OpenInsight product and that is where we will be delivering future releases as well.
Please get in touch with me via email and I can provide you with that user name and password or any other material that you may need. I look forward to hearing from you.
