No Full System Deployment (OpenInsight Specific)

I've previously deployed a full system from the RDK. Currently I'm
using OI 3.7.1 and I think the last time I deployed I was using 3.7, if this makes a difference. Now that I've tried to deploy this time it doesn't seem to generate all the necessary files.
I believe it used to generate a structure similar to the development environment with 200+ files, numerous DLLs and EXEs but now my deployment does not seem to contain any or all these files, about half as many as previously. There isn't even an OINSIGHT.EXE
Am I supposed to beable to run this somehow? I've seen a post similar to this but no response. Any suggestions? TIA

Sounds to me as if you have created an Application release rather than a full release. Double check your deployment definition in RDK.

It is selected as a full deployment. If I select an application deployment it gives me something different again.

If there is no OINSIGHT.EXE from a full deployment, you need to check that the repository entity for OINSIGHT exists and is still marked publishable. (That is how it ships … perhaps it was changed in your system somehow.)

I've noticed that if I log into the SYSPROG account and view the entities in need of evaluation I get an entry
SYSPROG*STPROCEXEOIGETOESTARTDIR and in the notes it says SYSPROG*STPROCRDK_CREATE_REPOSITORY was destroyed. Could this be the problem and if so how can it be resolved can I just copy it from somewhere else?
