Btree Indexer Locks (AREV Specific)

This 3.1 or 3.111 or 3.12. I'd run a few tests, but I'd like to check on the exact version. There were some serious indexing changes (stability) in 3.12 so if you're not on that version, you might want to head to the Advanced Revelation 3.12 Maintenance Release page and download a copy.
