Problem getting information from NLM_STATS (AREV Specific)

Our users have in the last few days started to get 'no licence available' messages. I'm trying to run the NLM_STATS command to see how many users I actually have attached. When I envoke NLM_STATS I get a popup message back that says "There are no Liner Hash NLM files attached" and am stopped. We are running the 1.12 version of the NLM on 3.12 Arev.
It has been several months since I've last ran this command, but I've never had a problem with it before. We have however several months ago brought on line a Novell 5.0 server. Arev resides on our older server still running 4.1. I thought this may be relateded but was not sure. Has anyone else experenced a similar problem or has a work around? Thanks.

Have you tried the program which tests to make sure that VOC is under control of the NLM by looking at the handle. This code is documented in the NLM installation instructions. If the NLM_STATS (I) command indicates that there are no Linear Hash files, then you've got major problems between the workstation and the server.
1. Are you sure the Server is running the NLM?
2. Does LHIPXTSR load and stay loaded?
3. If you start the program from an MS-DOS prompt with manually entered lines:
LHIPXTSR /P
AREV SYSPROG/M4096X
get to the TCL and
NLM_STATS(I)
does it function properly then?
4. Your version of the NLM should probably be upgraded. If you're intending to put AREV on a Netware 5 server, use the 1.5 version.
5. Did you change the desktop client to support Netware 5? If so, to what version of Client-32 or the Netware Novell Client. Some of these are buggy and some are OK. You might want to search the discussion for this topic since there's a lot of info around.
Good luck..
