AREV Audit Trail Errors with NLM installed (AREV Specific)

Server is Novell 3.11 running Advanced Revelation 2.12 and Revelation NLM 1.12. Clients are Windows 95 workstations. Client running report has all access rights to the whole vol1 disk on server.
Any ideas?
