I've been tinkering with the AREV32 conversion and have a question - Is it possible to run a 3rd party AREV app under AREV32? We have been using a program called "View II" written by Jim Marton since 1994. I can't imagine being without it!

If you have the source code you can just recompile it. If not it becomes more of an issue though it is still not impossible. The only real issue would be one of licensing as Jim might not have licensed you to run his software in another environment (much as you pay Rev for the AREV32 licenses he might want paying for the use of his license under Windows). You'd have to find the original license and/or seek his permission. Failing that you'd have to idemnify anyone who helped you do the move of the software to AREV32 against any subsequent potential legal action.

thanks for the fast response. I will try and track down the paperwork from 1994. This app is critical to us, so at this point I just want reassurance it can work with arev32. Is anyone else familiar with this app? It is great!
