We will be upgrading from arev 2.12 to OI in the near future and also from a novell server to a windows 2000 server. Ther server I am looking at for OI comes standard with dual xeon processors. I know that OI does not support multiple processors but should I experience any problems.

No.

The Win2000 Service is fully multi-threaded and should be able to utilize both processors.
