I have a number of applications but the Table Builder wont let me save a new table in a new application with the same name as a table that exists in a totally different application.

This is MOST ANNOYING.

Surely I should be able to have a table for staff details (eg for security) within each application.

The only way I have been able to do it is to use alias table, copy table, re-save the database and spend an hour trying to get of the problems that this brings, then I have to clear out everything in the copied table and hope I dont clear our the table in the original database.

These tables have been created in D:\OINSIGHT\DATA as the basis for the dictionaries, the actual data files used for storage reside elsewhere.

Any ideas???
