A client of ours has recently started experiencing an error when starting up our application.

Error:

The Linear hash Client/Server TSR is not installed. Check your workstation configuration.

They are still able to log in and everything appears fine ie NLM_STATS seems to work on and FFFFFF's appear.

In the last couple of weeks, they have had trouble with a file (not sure which) locking and the app freezing on the AREV screen on startup - a reboot of the server is all that seems to solve this problem.

Could it be related to the error being received?

Any ideas?
