Selection and reduction problems (OpenInsight Specific)

These records where processed and displayed in a table.
Now, the routine loops endlessly. What should return 2 records returns 512 (only because I stopped it) at a very slow rate. The two records are repeated ABABABAB 256 (or more) times.
Does anyone have any ideas?
