This followed with FS448 - Fatal Internal error.
Any comments / suggestions as to what I should investigate.

Check out the ARev FAQ to ensure you have enough EMS memory allocated. Generally this error is an out of memory error. The NPP uses a bit more memory than your previous driver and could be enough to make the difference.
You also might want to consider going to ARev 3.12 for some needed Win95 compatibility enhancements.

If so, has your printer been configured to print from MS-DOS programs?
Are you spooling your printing jobs? This could be causing the error.
What are your environment settings on your Win 95 machines?
