SAP Filtering Question (AREV Specific)

In trying to troubleshoot ARev on WinXP issues, I've looked at a couple of different things. I just found out this morning that our network group does have SAP filtering in place on the internal network.
Apparently, this hasn't been causing any problems with our Win95/98 desktops, but might be the cause of our FS466 errors on WinXP.
However, I cannot seem to find any definitive information on how SAP filtering affects ARev. We are using the NLM 5, running on a Netware 5 server.
Can SAP filtering be active on the network? Does it have to be configured a particular way?
TIA,

This was a red herring.
SAP filtering is in place, but only on the bridge between our US network and our Canadian network. There is no SAP filtering in place within each network.
Oh well, back to the drawing board.

The NLM broadcasts using SAP number 0x5B8 so if SAP filtering is enabled and the NLM is being used, the network needs to be configured to allow this broadcast through to parts of the network needing to communicate to the NLM. I think if this were an issue you would get an FS472 message and not an FS466 message, though.
