Windows 98 Shortcut Problem (ARev 2.12, NLM) (AREV Specific)

I'm having a problem setting up a shortcut on a Windows 98
machine to start AREV off the network.
First off, this same shortcut works on Windows 95 machines, but
not in Windows 98 connected to the same network.
The shortcut points to f:\arev\arev.exe
lhipxtsr.exe is required in the "Batch" parameter of the shortcut for
proper NLM usage. However, when this is specified, the shortcut fails saying that file f:\arev\arev.exe is not found.
The shortcut will work when lhipxtsr is left out of the batch file, but you then get the expected error in the Revelation startup screens that lhipxtsr is not loaded.
Finally, going into the DOS prompt, starting lhipxtsr from the command line, and then starting arev.exe will start everything just fine.
Any ideas on this, such as how to include lhipxtsr without causing the false message that f:\arev\arev.exe does not exist?

cm,
Check the properties of the the EXE in Windows Explorer to be sure that in the Program tab, the 'Command' and 'Start In' parameters are set correctly.
