When I copy a data table with records in it, the target table is sized to match the contained data. When I copy a table without any records in it, the REVnnnnn.LK file is sized to 502K in the OS. The linhash utility in Database Manager will not compress this file further. Issuing a Clear_Table( Tablename ) shrinks the table to 1K.

So what is causing the automatic inflation of empty tables when copying?
