We create a form in December but cannot access it for modification.

In the Form Designer the list of Forms only goes to T.

Formally we can retrieve forms from the main OI development menu.

In this case we can not recover the form from there.

However, using the System Editor, we can see the form in SYSREPOSWINS.

Using the Rebuild Repository does not recover the missing form.

Any suggestions on:

   how to recover the missing form from SYSREPOSWINS

   how to rebuild so that all the forms appear in the 

       Form Designer -] Open

Can you find the row in SYSREPOS?

If not does forcing a row, then rebuilding system indexes allow window to appear?
