We created a run time install of our OI 3.4 application using InstallShield5.

We then gave a copy of this to a client who installed it on an NT4.x workstation. The application was installed with no problems but when the client tried to run our application they got a message saying that "this application is not supported by windows NT"

We have run the application from a windows NT machine here at our office and have it successfully running at other sites with NT.

Does anyone know what might cause this message and how to fix it.

Did you get all the system DLL's? Perhaps something on NT is newer or loading and is interfering with OI? Is that happening loading OI or the Reporter?

I'm pretty sure I got all the DLLs but I'll check what versions of the DLLs the client has.
