I'm responding to my own question. Running the Netware 3.21 client, I replaced the client32.nlm in the c:\novell\client32 directory with the one in Novell Client patch w95321pt2.exe. I replaced the IPX.NLM with the one from version Netware 3.10 w/no service pack. I'm able to run AREV with no problems (so far). Also running Netware 5.1 and AREV 5.0 nlm.
