This is with reference to all the "Wish List", postings on the Online Discussion Forum.

I have been an RTI customer for years and I HAVE been WISHING for years, as well.

So, all you folks out there, clap yer hands, we're gonna do this like a song- a rap…maybe

I wish OI was 32 BIT

I wish AREV support had not ended and been limited to 'Incidents'

I wish RTI had not doubled the price of accepting incidents

I wish the turn-around time for Incidents was not 72 hours

I wish I did not have to force the frame-types of my server

to make the damn NLMs work

I wish the answer to client-connectivity issues to the NLM was

not - "revert back to an old version of the NOVELL client"

I wish I had not had to put up with a "NEW" Tech. Support

group, most of the times

I wish Cam and Gene and half the work force had not gone in

a month's time

I wish CDC /JREV were not DEAD

I wish there was more expertise for AREV than the VP K.B himself

I wish better documentation accompanied all RTI software

I wish there was a Bug Reporting System

I wish there was some sense of direction at RTI

I wish the management there was not "Gung Ho", all the time

I wish all RTI products were not so buggy

I wish RTI management would come clean and face up to the facts

I wish RTI would not lose so many people, all the time,

throughout the year

I wish RTI still retained the original investors - Boston Ventures

I wish me and others did not get the feeling, "try to be happy,

we are stuck with an RTI product"

I wish I could wish for more like RTI promises to make more promises.
