Mike, I am delighted that you and Tony have been able to bring this enhancement into the core product. The print dll has always been an area of weakness in the product for those wanting custom report solutions. Particularly I am pleased that we have further elements of 32bit functionality being added - smoothing the path to (possibly) a full 32bit product.
Well done.

Will this be the new Vers 4.0
If so, how soon would that be available, I am a current Works subscriber and have a Licenced OIPI.

Barry,
From reading both Revelation's announcement and Splaver Software's announcement it seems that version 4.0 Professional will be the one that will be bundled with OI Works.
Nothin' but the best!

Mike,
Bundling with Works sounds good to me. When will it be available for download to current Works subscribers?

One of the things we need to do is integrate OIPI into OI properly- this includes the Help, Functions, DLL prototyping, etc. We'll likely roll it out as part of the next release, later this year.
Pretty vague, I know, but we're trying to get a real good handle on this. I don't want a repeat of a Spindex-type scenario.
Thanks-

Mike,
Congratulation! By bringing OIPI into RTI, there are some obvious benefits. Hooray!
However, one question I have is: Will OIPI Standard and Professionalcontinue to work with S/List?
S/List is a product that we also depend on and I'm sure that there many in this community use S/List as well.
I don't believe there should be any problem, but at my age, I don't assume anything.
Thanks and I'm looking forward to getting OIPI as part of the Works program.

If I need OIPI in its present form prior to the rollout of the integrated version, will I be able to get it?

I believe so. We're going to make some changes, but it shouldn't affect existing versions.

Dear Mr. Sprezz,
I just returned from a short trip. Before leaving I checked and found no response to my inquiry. I figured that maybe my question was unworthy of any consideration because the answer was obvious to all except me.
Anycase now that I'm back, I happy to see that all is well (or "essentially well"- whatever that means) with OIPI and S/List. But if you say that things are well then that makes me feel more confident that the tools we use will continue to be useful. I'm sure that as you incorporate the new feature of OIPI Professional into S/List that developers who are not in the Works Program will join. I'm glad I renewed!
Hip-hip, hooray. Thanks again for your many contribution to this forum and thank you very much for responding.
