Bogus 'Too Many Users' message with NLM (Networking Products)

Besides a CDROM server which they do not have, is there anything else that can confuse the user count esp relative to a workstation LAN configuration (in case something really did change!)

Check the NLM stats and see which users are logged in and verify that they are. It could be something with Win95 chewing up resources. It could also be a client issue.
