I've searched the forum and found some posts on using TS with ARev on a Windows network, but I'm trying to find out if anyone has had any luck running ARev through TS on a Novell network?

TIA

Chip

We are running AREV on a Novell network and have users connected using Terminal Services on a Windows 2000 server. No problems with this setup.

We use PowerFuse (a Citrix clone) that is basically terminal services and run 25 Arev session per PowerFuse server.

Strongly recommend you check into Sprezzatura or Steve Smith's CPU Plus product. I am not sure who is selling and supporting this product at the moment.

Without it we could run only a few sessions due to CPU being eaten alive by Arev keyboard polling.

We had been running Novell v3.x, ARev v3.12 with the NLM on Citrix with no problems. We switched to Windows servers recently.

CPU+ is definitely something you have, although it ARev ran fine on one system without it, another system more or less required it.

Hi Chip

Yep lots of customers running like this and with OI. Important that clients are correct and protocol stacks in right order. Also need to ensure that AREVFIX is running..
