What is the proper settings in the memory section of the properties of the ICON to start AREV to use expanded memory.
Thanks in advance.

Ken,
Your best bet from what we've seen in your environment is to set expanded memory to 4096 (as is traditional running ARev) and extended to 0.

My question is that in Windows 98 there does not appear to be a place to set the amount of expanded memory. Windows 98 is different than Windows 95.

Windows 98 is exactly the same as Windows 95. You would set EMS in the same spot in the shortcut. It could be that your Windows 98 machine is not automatically recognizing EMS. If this is the case (you're getting the EMS not available or active text in the properties) you'll simply have to load emm386.exe and himem.sys in your config.sys, just like good old DOS required.

Our system works just fine with all the memory boxes set at "auto".

And that's fine, provided you limit ARev to 4M on the command line (/X /M4096)
