Not even sure if I am in the right forum or not, but we have users on one of our 4.x servers running HRPC5 software. The server is running lh.nlm v1.50 and lhipxser v1.50 both dated 18Feb98.

We installed NDS for NT a couple of months ago and gradually users are having their novell client software upgraded from 2.2 to 3.10sp2. This client allows seamless passthrough authentication with our web sites on the NT servers.

I did one of the above users yesterday, and since then, she cannot get into the HRPC software.

She is getting the following when she runs the batch file:

lhipxtsr /p This line loads fine

arev %1,%2,%3,%4 /x

We get: Linear hash ipx driver -revmedia open error: FS466 Unable to open boot media map

lhipxtsr /u This line loads fine

Please help,

Thanks Tina Boudreau

Hi Tina,

A fresh install of Client32 v.3.1 sp2 may be in order. Try removing the Novell Client32, and adding MS's client for NetWare. Download the full install of Novell's Client32 v.3.1 sp2 and install this to your workstation. You should be OK from here.

Tina,

I have the exact same situation on a WIN98 PC running Client 3.10 SP2. After the TSR loads, the FS466 message shows up. I am interested to see how this is resolved. If you receive a solution outside this forum could you please email it to me? Thanks
