No Stored Procedure Execs in Repository Outline (OpenInsight 16-Bit Specific)

I looked at my Repository Outline and noticed that there's nothing coming up under Stored Procedure Executables. It's definitely in the repository, because (1) if I check in SYSREPOS, they're there and (2) they run, however the Repository Outline doesn't seem to know about them. I've tried Sync Stored Procedures, Rebuild System Indexes and the others programs in the second section of the Development menu, but none of them help.
