Within the last couple of weeks some of our users have reported seeing the following error message:

W556

! loading error

! does not exist in the dictionary

The same user may repeat the same task yet the error does not appear each and every time for that user.

I've recompiled the dictionaries which hasn't seemed to help.

We're using Arev 3.12 with the NLM.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the compiled index transaction row that is placed into the dictionary of every indexed table.

Try removing one the of indexes and then re-installing it.

Thanks Dave, I'll try that out and see what happens.

What I find most curious though, is that this issue is occurring within multiple programs that access different files, and it doesn't rear its head consistently when accessing the same record.
