Hi All,

Has anyone experienced a GFE in Group 0 of the SYSPROCS table? This error is stopping Stored Procedures from going across to a client in updates, and so is a big problem.

Being the SYSPROCS table, there is no actual table definition, and so we cannot even find out what the filename is for the table. If anyone knows what REV file the SYSPROCS table is in, we could at least try to delete the file and replace it with a working copy from the development system.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

REV30012 according to database manager on our system. It might be worth looking at the Frame 0 to determine the nature of the GFE but for fixing purposes as you say copying in the correct file should work. You can also establish the filename using run list_volume "REVBOOT" in the exec line of the system editor.

Is there any way we can fix the error on the sysprocs table i.e. Rev30012. Didn't fix it thru Arev or database manager.

It just doesn't want to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In the end had to copy it back frm a backup.

Well you could write a program or use dump in AREV to take the frame apart by hand and reassemble but it is not straightforward.
