There were never problems with TTS in and of itself. The problem is having an LH file flagged for TTS. So, it doesn't matter whether TTS is loaded on your sever or not, barring it's requirement in 4.1x. Just don't flag the files.

If you use the Advanced Netware network driver, and have TTS enabled, the server lock tables became saturated very quickly, causing all sorts of slowdowns and errant behaviour.
