1. Check that you have a Revparam file in every subdirectory that has LK & OV files.

2. Check that in the Revparam file you have entered a line feed after the line -

ServerOnly=True

3. Check the service is running.

If the system is still not comming up change the parameter to ServerOnly= False to enable the system to come up while you sort out.

Followed all instructions you gave and still got same error. Even setting serveronly=false produced the same error.
