Some Citrix queries on behalf of a customer:

Arev 3.12, Citrix 1.8, Windows 2000 NOS

1) Can't get ARev to run in full window mode. Enabling full window option over Citrix gives an error message 'Unsupported driver'.

2) The Shift-Fn keys are not working. Shift_F1 gives Alt_Tab.

Citrix seems to have a problem with dos full screen whatever the dos application, and only seems to support it for dos clients. Try a search on the citrix site. There are alternatives by using different sized fonts which mimic full screen.
