I had a hard drive crash, and copied a backup system back to my machine. I re-ran my OI3.4 upgrade, and copied back 20 files to my \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory as doc. in 'OI for Workgroups 3.1, including the following file mentioned in the error msg.

OI is working fine, except for Reporter, which gets the following error up execution:

"This application uses CTL3DV2.DLL which has not been correctly installed. CTL3DV2.DLL must be installed in the Windows System directory."

Reporter still runs, and seems to function OK, however this msg becomes tedious and obviously my system integrity has been compromised. Am I missing something else?
