0% Processor Time - NT Service (Networking Products)

Hello.. I have just installed the NT Service 1.1 and the NPP 1.4 to my Advanced Revelation system. Seems to have a minor increase in speed, but not as much as I had expected. When looking at the task manager on my system and watching the services I noticed that my LHSRVC service is using 0 processor time and does not change. Why is this? I have tried stopping and restarting the service with no avail. Please help.
Thanks! - Sergio Sartor (STSARTOR@GaPac.Com)

Sergio,
Is anyone on the system when you are looking? If your users are hitting your system while you are checking the server then I would suspect that the NT service is not being used.
1) have you created REVPARAM files with the ServerOnly=1 statement in them?
2) after installing the Network Performance Pac, did you select it? (if Arev go to tcl, hit f5 and verify that the network is All Networks, in OI bring up the OpenEngine icon and select engine info)
3) if both of these are true, log all your users off of arev/oi, stop the NT service, open a command prompt, change to the nt service directory (usually c:\revsoft\ntservice) and start the service with the debug flag (lhsrvc -debug). Now have a user log in and see if there is any activity. If there is, your service is working as it should be and you can halt the debug mode and restart it normally, if not you should contact tech support at (800)262-4747.

As it turns out, the NPP 1.4.0.0 upgrade needs to be unzipped using the -d paramter. This is what cause my problem.
Thanks for your help!
