Is it limited to one machine or network login? If the same problem occurs on another workstation with the same user network login than either the rights for that login are incorrect or the login script is different for that login. If it is limited to that machine make sure that the drives are attached and or mapped the same as everybody else. Check also where the AREVx.ini file is located for this machine.
