At one site I used AREV with an extremely powerful and enhanced debugger which allowed the code to be shown on screen as it was being processed. I believe the author was Scott Johnson. Any ideas from where/if this product is still available?

There was a debugger by SLJ however it was never released to the general public. I seem to recall that it was shown to you and the site in question as a demo, not actually loaded into the system.
